Forgiving, versatile & durable! The Mizuno Wave Rebellion is a new edition for 2021 in the lightweight performance category which can help you towards your next goal!
The Rebellion provides a fair volume of lightweight cushioning (Enerzy Lite) beneath your feet and thanks to its full length glass-fibre reinforced wave plate and rocker geometry, will look after the tissues around your ankle joint (calves, Achilles & plantar fascia) relative to traditional lightweight trainers (e.g. Mizuno Wave Sonic), whilst providing a responsive ride underfoot at a variety of paces (steady, tempo & threshold).
If you're currently in a traditional lightweight trainer (e.g. Saucony Kinvara or NB Rebel/Beacon) and are wanting something that is more versatile (can go longer or faster) and forgiving to the lower legs - without changing too much - OR are seeking more durability from your performance lightweight shoes (e.g. Endorphin Speed), we'd recommend trying on the Wave Rebellion.
